This is the first time I have read anything by Rachael Tonks and I went into the book without reading the blurb. I need not have worried, The Scars of You was a great read from start to finish.

Rachael takes you on one hell of an emotional roller coaster with ups and downs and twists and turns that will leave you unable to put it down.

The Scars of You is a darker read featuring some things that may not be for everyone but for me, I felt it wasn't dark enough but that is more my issue than an issue with the book. I still found myself hooked, engrossed from page one and reading it in one seating.

It moves along at a nice pace, engaging readers nicely and keeping you turning the pages over and over again.

Be warned however, this is a duet and The Scars of You contains a cliff hanger that will have you reaching for the second book immediately. Bring it on!!!!!
