Review for Up in Smoke by T.M. Frazier: ★★★★★

Up in Smoke (King, #8)Up in Smoke by T.M. Frazier

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

::..Reviewed for Red's Midnight Readers..::

I was very kindly provided with an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I have given it 5 stars.

I have read all of the books in the King series and T.M. Frazier's latest offering Up In Smoke is definitely up there as one of the best books of the series.

It was written in true T.M. Frazier style dark, gritty and full of twists and turns to keep the reader on the edge of their seat. She once again has absolutely blown me away with her flawless writing style, sucking her readers into her perfectly imperfect world of seriously flawed characters, who are completely and utterly bad ass.

Smoke is violent and sensual and one hell of an alpha male (who could definitely rival King). I loved every single world of his and Frankie's story.

This is the 8th story in the series and you can read it as standalone but as you meet characters from the previous books, you don't wanna miss out on their stories too.

Blurb

A King Series Novel.

I’m a man without a conscience.
I deal in murder and mayhem.
I’m the best at what I do.
Frankie Helburn is supposed to be an easy job.
A means to flush her father out of hiding.
Simple.
Except there isn’t anything simple about Frankie or the secrets she’s keeping.
She’s stubborn as hell and the sexiest god damn thing I have ever seen, sending dark, dirty animalistic desire coursing through my veins.
She’s cocaine with legs. A f*cking addiction that makes me question things I’ve never questioned before. Want things I’ve never wanted before.
I might have her, but she isn’t mine to keep.
If her father doesn’t show his face, she will be mine.
To KILL.
