This is one of those stories I truly wish was longer!
Possibly one of the best short novellas I have ever read and definitely my favourite story within The Tidal Kiss universe. It was addictive reading, hooking me in from the very first word. I could have easily have read more, alot more.
Beyond The Shallows takes us back in time, to a time set before The Kiss That Killed Me and we are introduced to Ophelia and Drakon. Kristy Nicolle yet again weaves a magic tale of the Mer, bought to life with such striking details, that the reader can not help but fall in love all over again with this series.
Just like every other book in this series I absolutely loved it.
