Review for Exposed (Broken Soul, #3) by Jenny Phillips: ★★★

Exposed (Broken Soul, #3)Exposed by Jenny Phillips

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

::..Reviewed for Red's Midnight Readers..::

I was very kindly provided with an ARC in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I have given exposed 3 stars.

Exposed is the third and final book in the Broken Soul series and things finally come to a head for Morgan and her friends.
Things begin to happen fairly quickly in this story, there's no waiting round for any action, it's all drama from the beginning and the author leaves no loose ends needing to be tied up at the end of this story.

However, this book just didn't sit well for me, Morgan is just so excepting of everything that happens, there's no fight in her at all and her constant flitting between her three love interests, the good guy, the hot guy and the bad guy, who just happens to be her ex-soulmate was just too much.

Teenagers will love this series, it full of teenage angst and drama that even if they don't have any "gifts", they will at least be able to understand and relate to the teenage drama of it all.

Morgan Cauldwell’s life appears to finally have settled down. However, for Morgan, normalcy never lasts long. College classes have begun and she should be looking forward to attending the Gifted Ball with her boyfriend, Chase. Except for her strained relationship with the Gifted Council, everything should be perfect.... so why is she still dreaming about her dead soulmate? And why does she seem to be the only person concerned with her evil Grandfather’s whereabouts?

When the Ball is crashed, Morgan’s worst fears are confirmed, and she finds herself at the mercy of Stephen and his traitorous sidekick. Can Chase find her before the ultimate sacrifice is made, or will it be up to Morgan to convince the two people who have never hesitated to hurt her that their plan is seriously flawed?
