Review for A Christmas Gift by Sue Moorcroft: ★★★★★

A Christmas GiftA Christmas Gift by Sue Moorcroft

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

::..Reviewed for Red's Midnight Readers..::

I have never read anything by this author before but the cover was just too lovely to ignore! I was unsure of just what to expect from Sue Moorcroft as I immersed myself in her world.
A Christmas Gift is the ultimate feel good story for the upcoming festive period. It was a real Christmas treat that I absolutely adored from the very beginning.
The author has written superbly real characters, with real issues that are easy for the reader to like and to relate to. Their story was incredibly heartwarming and uplifting filled with heartache and humor, there were lots of great moments that had me laughing and crying along with the characters. It's a lovely read to cosy up with this winter!

Sue Moorcroft has an amazing storytelling voice and I will definitely be reading more from her.
