***Blog Tour*** Judgment by Joseph Finder

About The Book

It was just one night. But it was a night that would destroy everything.

Judge Juliana Brody is a woman with principles. She is happily married, she doesn't drink, she doesn't lose control. She definitely doesn't sleep with a handsome stranger at a law convention. Except that, last night, that is exactly what she did. Matias understands that if anyone found out about their one-night stand, it would destroy Juliana's marriage and, most likely, her career. They agree that they will never see each other again. And then, a week later, he walks into her courtroom. Julia knew that her latest brief, a high-profile sex discrimination case, would make her some powerful enemies. But she didn't expect her own life, and the lives of her family, to be put in mortal danger...

***REVIEW***

JudgmentJudgment by Joseph Finder

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

::..Reviewed for Red's Midnight Readers..::

I was kindly offered an ARC of this in exchange for an honest and unbiased review and I have given it 3 stars.

This is the first time I have read anything by this author and when I read the blurb I thought it had an interesting premise and couldn't wait to get stuck in.

However, I did not enjoy this story as much as I hoped I would. Judgement started out quite slow and for the most part I felt like it was actually going anywhere, there was a point when all of these names were being thrown into the mix and I was struggling to keep up.

The pace of this story began to pick up and I found myself starting to enjoy it. The chapters were quite short and read really quickly.

I did enjoy this in the end but it just fell a little short.
